Due to the artisanal nature of our products, there may be slight variations, such as minor blemishes or differences in color and texture. We believe these add to the individual charm and authenticity of each gnome.

      Conditions for Returns:

      • Incorrect Product Received:

        • If you receive a gnome that is not the one you ordered, we will gladly accept a return and send you the correct product. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.

      • Damaged During Shipping:

        • While we take great care in packaging our gnomes, if your gnome arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will ask for photos of the damage to assess the situation and will arrange a replacement if necessary.

      • Handmade Nature: Due to the crafted nature of our gnomes, we do not accept returns for minor imperfections or slight variations. These are not considered defects but rather a testament to the unique, artisanal quality of each piece.

      • Return Shipping: If a return is necessary due to receiving an incorrect item, we will cover the cost of return shipping. In the case of a return for any other reason, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
